THE FOUNDATION OF OUR WORK
This page outlines the foundation of our work and the values that form the basis of NUNTI – The Cultural Bridge Association (Thai–Sweden).
Through clear principles, we strive to work in an open, fair, and responsible manner, placing human dignity and respect at the center of everything we do.
- Our work is built on cooperation, accountability, and long-term commitment, where dialogue and mutual understanding are essential in all that we undertake.

STATUTES
The Association’s statutes constitute the formal framework of our work and define its purpose, structure, and methods of operation. They ensure that all activities are conducted in a transparent and legally sound manner, in accordance with applicable Swedish law.
The statutes serve as a fundamental safeguard, ensuring that the Association’s work does not depend on individual persons, but is instead grounded in shared principles to which all parties concerned can relate.
The document below serves as the legal foundation for the Association’s activities and provides an overview of its structure and internal functions.
CORE VALUES
Beyond the formal statutes, the Association’s work is founded upon shared fundamental values that we collectively uphold and stand behind.
PRINCIPLE 1: HUMAN DIGNITY
The Association affirms that all people possess equal value and equal human dignity, regardless of cultural background, ethnicity, gender, language, or profession. We work toward a society that respects cultural diversity and promotes inclusive and safe interaction between individuals, grounded in respect, equality, and fair treatment.
PRINCIPLE 2: HONESTY, TRANSPARENCY AND ACCOUNTABILITY
The Association’s work and communication shall be characterized by objectivity, openness, responsibility, and respect for applicable legislation. We clearly distance ourselves from misleading information, generalizations, stereotypical portrayals, and all forms of exploitation of individuals, groups, or cultures.
PRINCIPLE 3: CULTURAL RESPONSIBILITY AND RESPECT FOR CULTURAL DIVERSITY
The Association recognizes the significance, depth, and context of culture, and works to promote ethical and respectful cultural exchange between individuals and societies. We oppose the use of culture in distorted, oversimplified, or exploitative ways and actively work to counter cultural exploitation while promoting accurate and nuanced understanding between different cultures.
THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE STATUTES AND THE CORE VALUES
The Association’s statutes constitute the structural framework of the organization, while the core values serve as the ethical foundation guiding our work.
Together, these two elements ensure that the Association operates in a stable and sustainable manner, grounded in legal responsibility, social awareness, and respect for human dignity.

IN DIALOGUE WITH SOCIETY
WE DO NOT CLAIM TO HAVE ALL THE ANSWERS,
but we are firmly committed to working from clear principles, with openness to review and a genuine willingness to learn together with society.
This is the beginning of a bridge,
not the end of a story.
